Honey grilled chicken
INGREDIENTS
*1 full chicken
*2tablespoon honey
*2tablespoon ketchup
*1tablespooon scotchbonnet
*maggi and salt
*2tablespoon soysauce
*garlic and blackpepper
*1 lime
*1teaspoon curry
*1tablespoon vinegar
*2tablespoon oil
METHOD
*mix oil,vinegar,ketchup,scotch bonnet,Maggi and salt,curry,lime,garlic and blackpepper,soysauce,and honey in a bowl
*add chicken and stir
*marinate for 1hour
*grill until golden brown
*garnish with parsley
