Steps

Blanch the Turnips and Carrots for two minutes

Shock them (ice bath) for 4 minutes to completely interrupt the blanching process

Heat up the honey in a pan (mid-high heat) until it starts changing colour and add the spices
- 4
Add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes
- 5
Add the stock, raise the heat to high, wait for it to boil, lower the heat to medium, add the butter and stir until dissolved (usually 3 minutes)
