First Peel the lauki and wash it's Pealing with water.take a pressure cooker put the peals of lauki in cooker add wash chana dal and add.cut the onion roughly and add into it.add ginger garlic and all the whole and dry spices in it.add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid.cook it for 3 whistle comes.turn off the flame and keep it cool.

Now grind the mixture into mixer grinder and make a smooth paste.transfer into plate then add finely chopped onion and ginger, green chilies and dry mint leaves.mix well.

If ur mixture look so sticky then add 2 tblsp roasted gram flour. Take a small amount of portion from the mixture and flatten with ur palm to give the shape of kabab.prepare all the kababs and keep aside

Heat a pan add 1-2 tsp oil fry all the kababs both side on medium flame untill it turns golden brown. Serve hot
