Salt
Seasonings
Onions and garlic
Grated scotch bonnet

Cut the tofu into strips, marinate with stock cube and salt. Break eggs add onions, salt, garlic paste, scotch bonnet and mix. Take each tofu dip into egg mixture then into breadcrumbs into egg again and fry. Do the same to all and enjoy. So yummy.....
