Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 1 cupspinach puree
  3. 2 tspoil
  4. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  5. 2onion chopped
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  8. 1green chilli chopped
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai. Add whole jeera crackle it. Add crushed ginger garlic and green chilli paste. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook till they are soft.

    Add all spices cooked well.

  3. 3

    Add paneer cubes. Mix throughly. Tasty Palak paneer is ready to serve.
