For making the tikkis take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the tikki mix it very well. And make it a dough. One thing you should keep in mind when you boil the potato and smash the potatoes it should be at least 6 hours prior you make the tikki it will make the tikki more crispy and crunchy and give you the flavour of the chat wala

Grease your palm with oil shape the dough ball like tikkis. Now take a fry pan drizzle some oil and at low flame Fry the tikkis. Fry with patience until one side becomes Brown as shown in the picture

Once your tikkis are ready it's time to plate it for the chaat. Add the chaat ingredients one by one remember always put the coriander leaves on top and start with dahi. And so finally your aloo tikki chaat is ready to serve.
