Take a maida in a bowl, add yeast and sugar and add slowly milk and water and make a dough

Add salt now this stage and add butter and kneee a dough for 5 mnts

Now give a rest for 30 mnts, after 30 mnte it will rise, now punch it and remove extra air

Now make a stuffing, add cheese, all spices and coriander and mix it.

Now roll it a dough, add stuffing and cover it with other side and seal it proprly

Now, dip frying it, till golden brown

So it's ready
