Steps

Whisk eggs and keep a side

Sliced onions and sautay in heated oil till light pink than add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Sautay till tomatoes become soft

Now add red chilli powder and salt and mix properly

Now add whisked eggs and mix till all the spices and tomatoes mix with eggs.

Add fresh coriander and mix well

Dish out when done. Serve with paratha or bread slices or roti
