First dice the chicken into pieces.

Using a spiraliser, spiralise the courgette in to long spaghetti shaped pieces.

Next, finely chop the onion and fry it in a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan until in is beginning to get soft.

Crush the garlic and add it with the spices and lemon juice to the pan, stirring continuously for a couple of minutes, so it doesn't stick. If it begins to stick add a little water to the pan.

Now add the chicken and fry on a medium to low heat until cooked through thoroughly.

Whilst frying the chicken boil a pan of water with a couple of pinches of salt and add broccoli until cooked but not too soft.

Dice the paprika and in a separate pan fry the paprika and spiralised courgette for 5 minutes, until slightly soft, drain any excess water.

Lastly add salt and pepper to taste, combine all the ingredients together and serve.
