Ingredients

3 to 4 persons
  • 750 gmchicken
  • oil 5 tabsp
  • salt 1 and half tsp
  • 1tabsp lal mirch powder
  • 1tabsp dhania powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/3 tspgaram masal (optional)
  • 2medium onion(pyaz)
  • 1tabsp ginger paste(adrek)
  • 1tabsp garlic paste(lehsen paste)
  • 3medium tomatoes(tamater)

Steps

  1. 1

    Oil garam kar ke pyaz add krien light brown honay lgay tu adrek lehsan ki paste daal kar thora fry krien aur saray masalay(garam masala nahi dalna)daal kar 3 4 tabsp pani add kar ke bhonien.

  2. 2

    1 minute bhone kar tamater add krien 1/3 cup pani add kar ke cover kar dien.

  3. 3

    Jab tamater gal jayay aur acha sa masala bhun jayey tu chicken add kar ke 4 say 5 minute masalay ke sath fry krien.

  4. 4

    Ab 1/3 cup pani daal kar dhak dn medium aanch par 10 say 12 minute galnay tak pakayen.

  5. 5

    Jab gosht gal jayay tu achi trah madalay ke sath bhone lien aur 5 cup pani ya jitny gravy ap ko pasanr pani add krien.

  6. 6

    Dhak kar 5 minute tez anch par pakayen.ab heat low par kar ke 2 minute ke lyay dhak dien.

  7. 7

    Dhaken khol kar dhania aur garam masala powder add krien aur garam garam parathay naan roty ya chawal ke sath serve krien.
