Firstly soak tamarind pulp and jaggery separately for 2-3 hours in hot water

Then remove the seeds from tamarind by rubbing with hand.Strain into a pan.

Add melted jaggery into the same pan, add 2 cups water and put on gass.

Cook on high flame until it starts boiling when it starts to boil then simmer the flame and cook for 5 minutes by stirring.

Now add all spices and cook more, according to thickness of your choice. Keep in mind after cool it's thickness become more thick.

Roast the magaz for 1-2 minutes on low flame.

Add these roasted magaz into ready imli chutney.
