Thai grilled chicken wings (ปีกไก่ย่าง)

In Thailand, one of the most popular street food is Pik Kaiyang and it goes great with sticky rice and SomTam. It can be found on every corner of every soi (street) and it's only 10baht per wing which is around 20p! The wings were and juicy and moist from the inside! It’s a must eat if you ever visit. My cravings for these wings came back so I decided to make them and wow did they bring back memories. It’s very simple to make and can be marinated within 5 mins #ramadanrecipe #ramadan
