Ingredients

  • 4piecies of cassava boiled
  • For marination
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • Coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 tspginger/ chilli paste
  • 1 tspmint/ dhania paste
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1onion cubed
  • 1capcicum cubed
  • 1tomato cubed
  • 1/2 cupthick yogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the boiled cassava cut in big chunks. Mix well in the marination with the vegetables. Skewer & some put in a tray for the oven

    Then the one on the skewer grill on a pan the tray on put in the oven

    Cook well till done. Then serve with a mint dip or Chutney
