Take a bowl and add Coco powder, sugar, fresh cream and chocolate chip and milk.

Then continue whisk it on high speed upto 5-7 minutes. Otherwise until the mixture get in stiff peak.

Then take serving glass and put mousse in add then make layer of chocolate souce. Then garnish with some chocolate chips and Chocolates. And it's ready to serve.
