Ingredients

  1. For making dough
  2. 1/2 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  3. 1 tbspsemolina or sooji
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tbspoil
  6. As neededWater
  7. For making rolls
  8. 3medium side potatoes
  9. 1onion
  10. 3green chilli
  11. 2 tspsooji
  12. 2 tspGram flour
  13. 1 tspChat masala
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. as neededoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly make a dough by using maida,suji,salt,oil and water as per requirment.Left for 15 mins.

    Now mix all the ingredients potato, onion,green chilli,suji,besan salt,chat masala properly wirh with other after that we have to make the roll of it

    After 15 min dough is ready we have to dough that roll as we roll chapati after that cut the edgesand form square then cut it into small long pieces

    Then roll that long pieces of dough with te roll of the potato we make.In this way

  5. 5

    Then fry it on medium flame uptill it become golden brown
