Ingredients

  • 2 bowlwatermelon rind
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tbspfood colour each (red, green)
  • 7-8 dropsvanilla essence
  • 1/2 tspnimbu full
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all,take a white part of watermelon and remove and red part from the white part of the watermelon and then remove green part and then cut into small pieces of white.

    Now,to put the water in a pot to heat the water,the water is quite boiling,so add the pieces of the cleaning part and boil the pieces in the hot water boiled after the boil is boiled, remove it from the water.

    Now take another vessel and add water to it and put it to syrup.as the sugar dissolves add the white part of the boiled watermelon to it.now add lemon flowers to it and stir the white part of syrup and watermelon constantly.when the whole water in the syrup is boiled and the white part is.

    Take the mixture down.when the mixtures is slightly cooled add the vanilla essence.now divide the mixture into 2 equal parts.now add the red colour in the one part.add the green colour and let it remain for 10 -15 minutes.now,after 10 to 15 minutes,put them in a plate to allow them to dry.drying this tutifrutti will take about 25-30 hours.after drying u can use it in pies,ice cream, cakes,etc.so prepare the best recipe from our vest and tutti frutti the favorites of all big or small kids.
