1/2 bowlsewiyan
1/2 bowldates
as neededDry fruits
750 mlmilk
3 tsp ghee

Steps

1

Soak dates in milk.
2

Roast sevai in ghee till golden brown.
3

Make paste of dates.
4

Boil milk reduce to 3/4 then add roasted sevai cook sevai till soft then add dates paste.
5

Mix all together add dry fruits and ready to serve.
