Steps

Take khowa add rawa and cornflour and mix well.

Now divide them into 15 equal parts.

Take a pan add sugar and water and mix well,boil on slow flame till sugar melts and keep sugar syrup aside.

Now make balls take one portion of khowa mixture stuff with 1 mishri and 1 elaichi dana,roll and make balls..

Heat ghee or oil in a pan on slow flame add balls and fry them @ slow flame when they are well cooked and brown in colour add them to chasni...serve hot or cold as u like
