Press the brown/sauté and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Stir the broth, spring onions, ham, soy sauce or tamari and ginger in the pot. Cook, stirring occasionally, until many wisps of steam rise from the mixture. Stir in the frozen dumplings. Turn off the sauté function and lock the lid on to the pot.

Press manual pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.

Use the quick release method to bring the pass pressure back to normal. Unlock the lid and open the pod. Stir well before serving.
