Delicious, flavourful and quick to make restaurant style easy vegetable fried rice.

Wash rice and soak for 10 mins & drain the water. Cook rice till al dente, Rice must not be mushy. Drain off rice and cool it completely.

Heat a wok with oil fry garlic, add all chopped vegetables fry for few minutes.

Add vinegar, salt, soya sauce mix well.

Add cooked rice fry the vegetable fried rice. Cover for 5-6 minutes.

Serve hot with veg Manchurian.
