  1. 1wood apple
  2. 2 tbspjaggery or sugar
  3. 1 tspblack salt
  4. 1 tsplime juice
  5. some fresh mint
  6. as requiredwater (chilled as required)

    Muddle the mint leaves keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Break open the fruit by hitting on the floor.

    Scoop out the pulp in a large mixing bowl, using a spoon, pour some water and mash the pulp with your hand so as to separate the seeds.

    Now strain the liquid using a seive and adding some water again.

    Add sugar, lime juice, black salt includes add the muddle leaves and mix gently.

    Now pour the serving glasses and serve it.
