Scrambled eggs

Peel the plantain and make a long incision (vertically) but do not cut through the edges,use your hand to carefully open the cut further then sprinkle some salt and fry
2

Get the shredded(cooked and seasoned) chicken and stuff halfway in the opening and then stuff the remaining with scrambled eggs.
