Peel the potatoes and cut into French fry and boile them with salt for 5 minutes then strain the water from it

Then coat with cornflour and a spoon office powder and fry them in a high flame and again make a batter of corn flour and maida or rice flour

Then put all the fried chips Inthe batter and fry again one by one in the hot oil till it becomes crispy and golden brown in colour

In other pan add one spoon of oil add onion tomatoes garlic pieces and cook for two minutes then add catch up and chilli flakes and mix well everything then in the last add the fried potatoes and honey in it and after a minute sprinkle spring onions green leaves chopped and serve it in a bowl
