Crispy chicken doughnuts

In a chopper add chicken, potatoes, green capsicum, red capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilies, chilli flakes, salt, cumin, onion, yolk, flour, corn flour, garlic paste and black pepper.

Chop all the ingredients well. Take out the mixture in a bowl and mix mozzarella and cheddar cheese in it. Mix all the ingredients well and keep the mixture in freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Grease your hands, take a small portion of the mixture and make a doughnut shape.

Keep it in freezer for 5-10 minutes. Dip each donut in egg first then in crumbs. Can be freeze up to 2 weeks. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Direction of cheese sauce:
In a pan heat 1/2 cup of milk, add mozzarella, cheddar cheese and mix it well. Add mayonnaise and mix it well. Add 1/4 cup of milk and mix it well.
Drizzle over the donuts and sprinkle some finely chopped bell peppers for garnish. - 5
Serve with cheese sauce or ketchup.
