Ingredients

10 minutes
4 serving
  • 2 cupcurd
  • 8 cupwater
  • 1 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsprock salt
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 cupkhari boondi

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Grab a mixer jar and add all the ingredients except water, curd and boondi. Grind a fine paste.

  2. 2

    When the paste is ready mix it with curd and blend with a hand blender add water in it. Serve it ice cold topped up with boondi.
