Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste corriender powder, salt, turmeric powder. Boil daal with turmeric powder and salt.... dalcha powder (cumin seeds, shahi zeera, blackpeper, bey leaves, Elaichi big and small) roast and grind in powder.

In a pan add oil add sliced onion till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste add tomatoes saute till tomatoes are done, add finely chopped corriender leaves, mint leaves, khatti bhaji and dudhiya mix well now add all spices chilli powder salt, corriender powder, turmeric powder and dalcha powder mix well add boil daal, and boiled mutton,tamrind pulp and cook till dudhiya is done, serve with baghare rice.

Note: Make sure u add little amt of salt while boil mutton, daal and making masala.
