First take cookingpot,pour oil and switch on flame.

Then after 1 minutes,add long, elachi, whole black pepper and make it saute for 1 minute.

After make it saute,add cutted podina

Then saute it for 2 minutes.

Add soaked mong and masoor dal.

After 5 minutes,add soaked rice.

Also add 1full cup of water.

Stir with spoon and wait untill water dry and dal rice becomes completely mix

Now when water becomes dry,and dal rice soft,khichdi is ready to eat. Take out in serving plate and garning with mint leaves.

Serve with chutney or Raita.
