1 cupsoaked white lentils
2 spoonchopped fenugreek leaves
1chopped green chili
2 spoonchopped spring onions
1 spoonchopped coriander
1 spoongreen coriander seeds
Salt as taste
1/2 spoonred chili powder
1 cupoil for frying

Grind the lentils and mix all the ingredients

Heat the oil and fry it on medium heat
3

When browned, take it out in a plate and serve it with tomato coriander chutney.
