Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsea salt
  • 3ripe bananas
  • 1egg
  • 5 Tbspbutter, melted then cooled
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 3/4 cupchocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mix flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix banana, egg, butter and vanilla

  4. 4

    Combine, don't over mix. Add chocolate chips.

  5. 5

    Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake ~25 minutes depending on size.
