Steps

  1. 1

    Boil egg

  2. 2

    Peel and keep aside

  3. 3

    Flatten beaten beef

  4. 4

    Roll with the egg and make it round

  5. 5

    Coat it with flour and dip in whisked egg

  6. 6

    Fry to golden brown

  7. 7

    Cut in to two and allow to cool
