Chilli mushrooms

Wash boil and cut mushrooms. Take it to marination for 30 minutes.

Cut all the vegetables and keep aside. Now make the batter and fry mushrooms by dipping it one by one.

Fry all. Now in a wok add oil followed by Ginger garlic paste, chilli, onion and capsicum. Add salt.

Add ketchups and water accordingly. Add the fried mushrooms. Add black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Spread sesame seeds. Serve hot and crisp.
