Split Chickpeas Colourful Barfi(Chana Dal Colourful Barfi)

Take a non-stick pan and heat clarified butter,add chickpeas paste and stir continuously on low flame until the paste becomes golden brown.

Now add milk,milk powder and sugar and mix it nicely and stir it until it looks like a dough.

Add crushed cardamom-dryfruits and mix it well,switch off the gas flame.

When mixture become little bit cool,then divide the mixture in two parts,in one part add red food colour and mix it nicely and leave the rest part as it is.

Now take the tray and firstly spread the red one part evenly and then spread the normal part over it,garnish with grated coconut and roasted peanuts and leave it for 1 hour to set the mixture.

Now cut the pieces according to your choice and Barfi is ready to serve.
