In a pan add 5 cups water to a boil & soya chunks for 5 mins, squeeze off the excess water,Add them into a mixing bowl along with salt,ginger,garlic paste,red chilli powder, cornflour,& lemon juice keep a side for 10 mins

Take a kadai put oil allow to heat than fry soya chunks until golden & crispy

Take a kadai put 4 teaspoon oil add onion slices & pieces of capsicums now saute it add salt,soya sauce,chilli sauce, ketchup & half teaspoon sugar add some water cover the kadai for 5 min to cook after 5 mins add soya chunks mix it well and serve.
