Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 2 tspclarified Butter(ghee)
  • 4 tspsugar
  • 2 tspfresh cream
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1Crushed cardamom
  • as requiredChopped dryfruits
  • as requiredGrated coconut
  • as requiredRaisins for garnishing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter in a pan and add semolina,stir it on medium flame until it turns golden.

  2. 2

    Then add milk,fresh cream and sugar and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now add crushed cardamom and dryfruits,mix it well and switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Garnish with grrated coconut and raisins and Halwa is ready to serve.
