Wash and soak dal for 2hours then grind well.add little by little water.

Now when you want to bada add salt in better and make vada in hot oil and deep fry.then put in water. Squeeze gently and put out from water.

Now when make dish.take serving plate,put 3wada,add curd, topping with red chilli powder,cumin powder,chopped onion, chopped coriander,sev and serve.
