Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop onions, capsicum and garlic. Roughly dice tomatoes and grind them along with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce. (Mine looks like a paste as I used frozen tomatoes)
- 2
In a pan take onion, garlic, capsicum and olive oil. Saute together till onions look translucent. Next add tomato paste.
- 3
Add sugar, basil- and oregano. Combine and boil on very low heat till the sauce thickens (somewhere between 15-20 min). Remove from heat, add salt and blackpepper. Combine well and the sauce is ready!

Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce Easy Homemade Pizza Sauce
Storebought pizza sauce is expensive and doesn't last...I always have canned tomatoes on hand, so I made this easily using things I had in the house. The only key is to crush the tomatoes well, I guess. The sauce has a more complex flavor if you add herbs, but it's fine without them too. It's so easy to make, you'll be surprised. For 4 small pizzas. Recipe by wakwaksan cookpad.japan -

Tomato Sauce : Simply Simmer for a Rich, All-Purpose Sauce Tomato Sauce : Simply Simmer for a Rich, All-Purpose Sauce
I started disliking garlic a few years ago, but I love Italian food and recipes with tomatoes. When I made it without garlic, I found it could be used for so many different things, so I make a lot and keep it stocked up.Add some garlic, according to your taste.I recommend this tomato sauce, which doesn't use garlic or anything else.Use garlic for those recipes you want it in!It's good for pizza and pasta because it just the right amount of richness to it.This rich tomato sauce can also make ratatouille, risotto, minestrone and pilaf in a short time.
