Ingredients

45 minutes
two people
  • 2 tbspoil and 2 tbsp butter
  • Garlic crushed and tomatos
  • vegetable stock or water
  • Onions sliced and Herbyo spice
  • Boiled chickpea
  • Fresh dhania or parsley
  • Heat the butter and oil, add onions and garlic
  • Cook for a few minutes, cover and cook under low heat
  • Cook s till soft and tender,add grated tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the chickpea, stir and let it cook.

  2. 2

    Gradually add the stock, let it boil, reduce heat and let it simmer

  3. 3

    Blend and garnish with dhania or parsley. Serve hot
