Ingredients

  1. 500 gmMutton
  2. 9green chillies
  3. 2onions
  4. 16cloves
  5. Handfulcorrainder leaves
  6. Handfulmint leaves
  7. 1 tbspChana dal
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4garam masala powder
  10. 1/4turmeric powder
  11. 1 cupwater
  12. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  13. As per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all the incredients shown below in a pan and put it on the stove till mutton becomes tender but not too soft.Keep some corrainder and mint leaves aside to add later

    Make a paste of the mixture by adding some water if it's too dry along with corrainder and mint leaves

  3. 3

    Make small tikkis as shown below and fry in a pan. Pour 1 to 2 tsp oil to fry each side on low flame accordingly.
