Delicious Madura Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce (Teflon Pan)
A delightful surprise, moms, even though I wasn't planning to make it, hehe.
Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken breast to your desired size, then soak in the marinade and add a little water. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
- 2
Make the peanut sauce first. Blend all the ingredients, sauté, and add a little water, palm sugar, salt, flavor enhancer, and sweet soy sauce. It should not be too thin or too thick. Finally, taste and adjust seasoning.
- 3
Skewer 3-4 pieces of the marinated chicken on each skewer. Repeat until all the chicken is used.
- 4
Take 4-5 tablespoons of the peanut sauce to use as a basting sauce for the satay. Then grill on a Teflon pan.
- 5
Once it looks brown, remove it. And it's done. This is my first time making it and it didn't fail, thankfully. Enjoy trying it out and don't forget to say a prayer before eating :)
