Take 3/4 cup of Lukewarm water. To that add 1tsp of sugar and 3/4 tsp yeast. Stir it to dissolve. Cover the cup with lid and let it activate for 10 mins

Take 2 cups of Maida and 1/2 tsp of salt. Take the activated yeast mixture and knead a dough out of it. At first dough will be sticky but when we knead it well the dough will come together. At that stage add tbsp of butter, knead it and cover it and let it rise for 1 and 1/2 hour

After one and a half hour the dough should have been doubled in it's size.

Make equal size balls and put it in a baking tray greased with butter. After then again cover the pav and let them rise for 15 - 20mins

After 20mins pav should have been rised well.grease them well with butter Put it an pre heated oven for 30 mins

After 30 mins remove them from oven, again Grease them with butter and let them cool and get soft for 20-30 mins

Homemade ladi pav is ready... Use them for pav bhaji, misal pav, Wada pav and many other dishes..
