Take one parath. Add atta, Black pepper, hing, salt, oil for moin and rub jeera on the palms and mix well till everything gets incorporated.

Knead hard dough with help of water. Grease it with water and keep it covered for 10 mins.

After 10 mins keep tawa and again knead the dough for one min. Make small 4 equal portions and roll them. I make small size because it is more crispy. U can make small or big any size.

Put this on hot tawa. Flame should be medium high. Flip the sides. Add oil or ghee and roast it till golden brown.

Take out in a plate. Serve hot with tea, aachar and papad..
