No Oil Baked Kothambir wadi (coriander leaves)

In a bowl add onions, coriander leaves and all the spices and mix it together.

In a same bowl add all the flour. To this add little water and make a sticky batter. Brush the mould with little oil which has to be kept in oven and pour the batter in the mould.

Now pre heat the oven for 10 min and set the oven for 30 min at 180 °C. Keep the mould inside oven and let it bake.

After 30 min of baking. Let the mould be inside for 10 more min. Remove it from oven and let it cool down for 15 min and cut the cake in square shape.

This beauties can be eaten as it is which are served in tea times.. or you can shallow fry by giving a tadka of oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves.. wch makes it more crispier.
