    بٹر ملک بنانے کے لیئے نیم گرم دودھ میں سرکہ ڈالیں، کرڈل ہو تو انڈے نمک ڈالکر مکس کر کے ایک طرف رکھ دیں

    کوٹنگ کے تمام اجزاء مکس کر کے ایک طرف رکھ دیں

  3. 3

    چکن کے پتلے فلے بنا کر اسٹیک ہیمر سے فلیٹ کر لیں

  4. 4

    چیز کے بارز کاٹ لیں

  5. 5

    سموسہ پٹی کوقینچی سے درمیان سے باریک باریک کاٹ لیں ، کناروں سے نہیں کاٹنا

  6. 6

    اب ہر فلے کو پہلے بٹر ملک واکے مکسچر میں ڈپ کریں پھر کوٹنگ میں رول کریں پھر اسمیں چیز کی بار رکھ کر رول کر کے بند کریں

  7. 7

    اب دوبارہ بٹر ملک میں ڈپ کر کے دو سموسہ پٹی میں رول کر لیں' دو لگیں گی ایک اسٹک میں

    میڈیم ہاٹ تیل میں گولڈن فرائی کریں دونوں سائڈز سے اور ٹشو پر نکال لیں اور گرم گرم سرو کریں
