Peel, wash, chop and boil the potato, remove and drain. allow to cool in a mixing bowl

Chop in the bananas and add into the mixing bowl

Mash them together till well combined

Add in the rest of the vegetables and give a good mix

Divide into equal pieces, oil your hands and mold them into disc shapes. chill for at least 20 minutes

On a heated tawa, place the mashed pieces and sprinkle oil on top. keep flipping as you sprinkle oil till the get a nice golden crust

Remove and place on an underlined plate
- 8
Serve and enjoy
