Healthy Stuffed Uttapum!

1) Take 1cup suji add 1/2 curd, 1/2 teaspoon salt mix and add 1/2cup water make a thick batter and keep aside for 10mins.
2) Take 1chopped capsicum, 1/2 chopped carrot, 1chopped onion and make a filling.
3)Now after 10mins add 1pinch soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder to the batter made and mix.
4) Now grease a pan and add some batter and add the filling made on top and add some chaat masala now cook from both sides until golden brown.
