  • Boil potato
  • Mada le use 1 cup oil milaye solt to taste
  • Or usme ajma or pani dal kar aata bhanle
  • Baad me potato ko boil kar ke mash kar le
  • Or miksar jaar me garlic jira gireen chilli coriander sab ko
  • Chop karle baad me aek fry me 2 tablespoon oil garam kare
  • Usme jo garli coriander jo bi pisha he vo sab oil me dal kar
  • Ushe bhun le mashala bhun jaye to potato me milale or
  • Garam masha bi dale thodasha sab ko achche she mila kar samoshe
  • Bhar le or oil garam hone ke baad samoshe ko fry karle
