Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl.mix well now add one by one dry ingredients in this. Mix nicely without lumps.if you need some milk add on. Transfer in a mould.

Back it for 30 minutes at 180°c in preheat oven at the same temperature.cool it nicely and keep for half an hour in fridge the mold and cut in 2 or 3 parts.

Now for icing with a cream till fluffy.soak the cut parts with milk make a layer of cream and chopped Rasmalai pieces. Do the same for all cutting layers.

Fill the cream in piping bag with nozzle. Start icing just press and chop dry fruit sprinkle your cake. now your cake is ready enjoy.
