Heat oil in a bottom pan. Add mustard when the oil is hot. Add curry leaves. Let it splutter. Add currry leaves, crushed ginger, garlic and pepper corn

Add onions and chilli. Fry til golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes. Fry til the tomato turns mushy

Once the tomato is mushy, add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and rasam Powder. Add tamarind.

Mix well for a minute

Add water, mix well and cover the lid.

Let the mixture boil for 10-15 minutes

After 15 minutes, add some more rasam Powder, salt and tamarind if needed.

Final step, add coriander leaves, and boil on low flame fr 5 minutes.
