Take a pressure remove the whistle add salt in the cooker and pre heat for 10 mint.

Add maida, Coco powder, blend biscuits, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar and seive all these in the bowl.

Then add milk and mix well and add vallina essence. Mix well

Take cake tin and gressed with butter and dusting with maida then transfer the batter in the tin.

Then cook the cake for 30-40 mint in low to high medium gas.

After 40 mints turn off the flame and check it with toothpik. Let it cool down.
And take the cake into a plate. - 7
Decorate you cake with powdered sugar and hershey's chocolate syrup.
