Almond kulfi and mango smoothie

First make kulfi. Boil milk till 2 cups become 1 cup.

Add sugar, almonds paste, rice flour liquid (mix in milk or water) and saffron, stir it continuously.

Consistency becomes thick. Cool in the room temperature and refrigerate it for the whole night.

Take a serving glasses. Add mango pulp, sugar, milk and mix well. Take kulfi cuts it into pieces then add in glasses and again mix it well with spoon and garnish with chopped almonds.

Serve chilled almond kulfi, mango smoothie.
